Plum cake : עוגת שזיפים

למשך שבוע אחד היה חורף אמיתי בישראל. חורף כזה, שכל מה שאתה רוצה, זה להתחפר מתחת לשמיכה ולצאת באביב.
אבל שעה אחרי שהתעוררתי התקשרה אחותי וביקשה שאאסוף את הבן הגדול מהגן וכמה שעות אחר כך כבר אספתי גם את השני. התכרבלות מתחת לשמיכה לא היתה לי באותו היום. במקום זה עשינו עוגה וקצת יצירה.
בררר, היה קר. כמה טוב שהשמש יצאה שוב.

For one week was a real winter in Israel. In This kind of winter, all you want is to get under the blanket and wait for the spring.

But an hour after I woke up my sister called and asked me to pick her eldest son from the garden, and a few hours later I had already picked the second. I didn't have the chance to cuddle up under the blanket that day. Instead, we baked a cake and made some "art work".

Brrr, it was cold. So happy the sun is out again.
